Army SPC Douglas Logan Tinsley, 21, of Chester, SC, died on December 16, 2006.
Tinsley was killed in Baghdad, Iraq, in a rollover accident. Tinsley was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 509th Parachute, Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Ft. Richardson, Alaska.
Tinsley graduated from Chester High School in 2004, where he participated in JROTC, baseball, wrestling, and marching band.
